As we’re winding down till the end of summer, the beginning of the school year, and the start of the very busy Q4/budgeting season, I thought to take a break from writing.

Below is the first of a 10+ part video series of interviews conducted by StarCIO’s Chief Feedback Officer and Digital Trailblazer’s editor, Ginny Hamilton. Each video is about 10 minutes long, and Ginny asks me some tough questions about the chapter. In chapter 1, I bring readers on the journey from bug fixing to board meetings.   Why I Wrote Digital Trailblazer: A Leadership Guide on Digital Transformation – “My why is helping people have those aha moments.” I wrote this post back in March 2022, two months after finalizing the manuscript and several months before publishing.
